1. Platform Services & Plans

DueMetrix provides financial pipeline management, invoice generation, deadline coordination, and payment recovery workflow software for content creators, agencies, and talent managers.

• Free Studio Plan (₹0 / month): Includes access to up to 3 active brand deals in your pipeline simultaneously, visual deals board, 1-click WhatsApp follow-ups, deliverable deadline tracking, and commercial invoice generation.
• Pro Creator Plan (₹99 / month or ₹899 / year): Includes unlimited active brand deals, advanced financial analytics, brand payment turnaround insights, multi-tone escalation engines, and priority feature access.
• Creator AI Suite (Waitlist): Upcoming automated intelligence suite for automated deal extraction and smart payment recovery automation.

2. Subscription Billing, Payments & Cancellations

Subscription payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

• Billing Cycle: Monthly or Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro Creator subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free Studio tier without data loss.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery of digital software capabilities, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience billing errors, contact billing@duemetrix.com within 7 days of the charge.

3. Commercial Invoices & Brand Settlement Disclaimer

DueMetrix provides tools for you to generate commercial invoices and compose payment reminder messages. You understand and agree that:

• DueMetrix is a software management platform, not a collection agency, financial institution, escrow agent, or party to your brand agreements.
• The legal contract, agreed deliverables, payment terms, and obligation for payment remain solely between you (the creator) and your brand sponsor or agency partner.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all deliverable scopes, agreed sums, GST/PAN information, and bank beneficiary details printed on invoices generated through the platform.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of all data, campaign deliverables, media assets, brand names, and financial information that you input into DueMetrix. We claim zero ownership over your creative output, contracts, or brand sponsorships.

All DueMetrix software, branding, UI components, code, graphics, and algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of DueMetrix Technologies Private Limited.

5. Account Security & Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the DueMetrix software or infrastructure.
• Impersonate another creator, talent manager, or brand entity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, DueMetrix and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost brand revenue, delayed payments by third-party sponsors, or temporary platform downtime.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
